For Aloo Tikki patty:-

  1. 2 to 3 boiled and mashed potatoes.
  2. 3 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves.
  3. 2 fresh chopped Green chilies.
  4. 1 inch chopped Ginger.
  5. 1/2 tsp Degi prepared Tikki Masala.
  6. 1/4 tsp Degi red chilli powder.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. 1/3 Cup fresh Bread crumbs.
  9. 1 tsp oil.
  10. Oil for frying.

For Tikki Masala:-

  1. 2 tsp cumin seed.
  2. 1 tsp fennel seeds.
  3. 1 tsp Coriander seeds.
  4. 1 tsp black pepper cons.
  5. 1/2 tsp salt.

For Salad:-

  1. 1 small Onion sliced.
  2. 1 small Tomato sliced.
  3. 1/2 medium Cucumber julienned.
  4. 1/2 small Lemon juice.
  5. 1 fresh chopped Green chilli.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. 1/4 tsp Degi red chilli powder.
  8. 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves.

For Toasted Burger Buns:-

  1. 1 tbsp Oil.
  2. 1/4 tsp Degi red chilli powder.
  3. 2 Burger Buns.

For Onion Pakoda:-

  1. 2 cups Onion rings.
  2. 2 tbsp Gram flour for dusting.
  3. 1 cup Gram flour for batter.
  4. Water.
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
  6. 1/4 tsp Degi red chilli powder.
  7. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. A pinch prepared Tikki Masala.

For Tamarind Mayonnaise ketchup:-

  1. 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise.
  2. 1 heaped tbsp Tamarind chutney.
  3. 1/4 tsp Degi red chilli powder.

Other Ingredients:-

  1. 2 cheese slices.
  2. 1 tbsp Green chutney.
  3. 1 tbsp Butter.

For Tikki Masala:-

  1. In a pan firstly add cumin seeds and start roast them for half a minute then add fennel seeds, Coriander seeds, Black pepper cons and lightly roast them until fragrant.
  2. Remove aside and add salt then let it cool down. Once cool down properly add it in a grinder jar and grind it into a powder and keep aside for further use.

For Aloo Tikki Patty:-

  1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, prepared tikki masala, degi red chilli powder, salt, fresh bread crumbs, oil and mix everything properly.
  2. Take a portion from the mixture and shape it like a burger patty.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the burger patty from both sides until golden brown and crispy then keep aside for further use.
How To Make Burger In Easy Way

For salad:-

  1. In a bowl add onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, green chillies, salt, degi red chilli powder, coriander leaves and mix everything properly then keep aside for further use.

For Toasted Burger Buns:-

  1. In a pan heat oil and add degi red chilli powder then place the buns in it and toast them proper golden brown and crispy keep aside for further use.

For Onion Pakoda:-

  1. In a bowl take onion rings and coat them with gram flour property. Then in another bowl add gram flour, water, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, Asafoetida, salt and mix properly to make smooth batter.
  2. Add one by one the coated onion rings in the batter coat them properly with it and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove all the fried rings on an absorbent paper and sprinkle some prepared tikki masala, keep aside for further use.
  4. For Tamarind Mayonnaise ketchup
  5. In a bowl add mayonnaise, tamarind chutney, degi red chilli powder and mix it properly until well combined.
  6. Keep aside for further use.

For assembling Aloo Tikki :-

  1. Firstly place the toasted bottom bun then apply tamarind mayonnaise ketchup then add the salad on it.
  2. Now add some green chutney, a cheese slice then finish it by placing the toasted top bun. It’s ready to serve.
  3. Optional:- To make it interesting heat butter in a pan and toast the ready burger from both sides until golden brown and crispy then serve immediately.
