Chilli Paneer Recipe

For Chilli Paneer:

  1. Oil
  2. Garlic
  3. Ginger
  4. Green Chilli
  5. Onion
  6. Capsicum
  7. Salt
  8. Black Pepper Powder
  9. Soya Sauce – 1 spoon
  10. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  11. Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  12. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder Paste
  13. Tomato Ketchup – 1/4 cup
  14. Corn Flour – 2 spoon
  15. Water – 1 bowl
  16. Spring Onion  – for garnishing

  1. First of all we have to make a dry mixture of 1tbsp all purpose flour and 1 tbsp corn flour.

  1. First of all take a non stick pan, fry the cheese and and when paneer is fried put it aside.
  2. Then leave only 2tbsp oil in pan and put chopped garlic in it and and fry.
  3. After that we will put some finely chopped green chilli and ginger in it.
  4. And when all the things are slightly brown we will put some spherical chopped onion and capsicum in it and fry it lightly.
  5. Now we will add some salt(according to taste), grinded balck papper, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp green chilli sauce, red chilli, 1tbsp vineger, 1/4 cup tomato catchup in it and we have to cook it.
  6. When it is cooked we add the mixture which we made from the corn flour and we will let it cook.
  7. And now add the cheese in it and mix it and coock and once chese is cooked your spicy chilli paneer is ready.
