  2. 300 gms liquid cream.
  3. Choco powder – 18 tbsp.
  4. 700 gms milk.
  5. 1 dairy milk chocolate around 50 gms.
  6. Sugar – 2cup.
  7. Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup.
  8. Almond 1 tbsp.

So now you know all the ingredients that we are gonna use in our recipe today, so now without wasting any time lets get to our recipe.

  • To make this recipe, first of all we will need very cold and fresh Amul cream and this Amul cream is available in a pack of 1 kg, which contains 700 gms cream and 300 gms liquid cream.

  • Now we will take out the cream in a bowl and liquid cream in a cup.

  • So now we have two things ready. And now the thick cream that you have taken out in a bowl, keep it in the fridge so that it remains cold.
  • Now first of all you have to put 1 cup of liquid cream in a big pan.

  • And now we will add 750 ml of milk in liquid cream.

  • Then we put 2 cups of sugar in it and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, but when the milk gets a little hot (after a minute of putting it on the gas), We will take out 3 cups of milk and keep it in a bowl.

  • Then add 18 tbsp of choco powder to the milk that we extracted from the mixture.

  • Then after 6 to 7 minutes, when the milk kept on the gas starts to thicken a little, then we have to add the milk in which we have mixed thae choco powder in it and we will have to cook it again for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Due to this the rawness of cocoa powder will go away and the milk will become more thick
  • Then after 10-12 minutes when the milk becomes thick, turn off the gas and add dairy milk chocolate to bring chocolate flavor to it.

  • After adding chocolate, mix the mixture well and when it is ready, let it cool for 30 minutes and then keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Then after 30 minutes, when our chocolate milk gets cold, then we have to whip the cream.
  • But Before whipping the foot cream, we will make a little setup for which we will put ice cubes in a bowl and add water to it. And then we’ll put the 700 grams of cream that we put in the fridge in the beginning, on top of the bowl.

  • Then we will whip this 700 grams of cream in a bowl with a hand mixer for 5 to 6 minutes, and then when the cream starts to swell a little bit, we add half a cup of powdered sugar.

  • After that we will whip the cream for 6 to 7 more minutes so that our cream will be whipped

  • And when the cream is whipped, then the chocolate milk that we made has to be put in this whipped cream.
