1- To make this recipe first of all you have to boil water in a bowl then you have to pit palak in it and boil it for 2 minutes and then you have to take some chilled ice water and soak palak in it. Because of it the colour an nutrients of palak stays as it is.

6- And now after 3 minutes you have to add 1 tbsp chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder in it and because palak is already cooked so you do not have to overcook it.
7- Now you have to 200 gms paneer in it, You can use fried paneer if you want to and then you have mix it very carefully and cook it for 3 minutes.
8- Now you have to add 2 to 3 tbsp cream in it and your dish is ready to serve.
