  1. Butter – 1 1/2 tbsp
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  4. Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  8. Maida – 1 tsp
  9. Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
  10. Tomato puree – 200 ml
  11. Sugar – 1 tsp
  12. Water – 1 cup
  13. Fresh cream – 1/3 cup
  14. Oil – 1/2 tsp
  15. Haldi Powder – 1/4 tsp
  16. Red Chilli Powder = 1/2 tsp
  17. Salt – to taste
  18. Garam masala – dash
  19. Kasoori Methi – 1/4 tsp

  1. Dry Maida – to dust

To make dough:-

  • So to make pizza, first of all we will take 1/2 cup of hot water in a big bowl and add 2 tbsp of sugar  it and mix them both.

  1. Now we will put 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast in it, this pizza will be made the next day, if you want to make pizza same day, you can add 1tsp. And now we will mix it well.

  • After mixing it will be activate, and within 2 to 3 minutes the yeast starts multiplying and coming up.

  • So when the yeast starts coming up, then to make dough, add 2 cups of all purpose flour and 2 tbsp of milk powder to it.

For Makhni Gravy

  • So while our dough is resting we will make Makhani Gravy.
  • So to make makhni gravy, first of all heat the pan on low heat and add 1tbsp oil and 1.5tbs butter.

  • Now while the oil and butter are getting hot, we will make the spice mix.
  • To make spice mix, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1tsp maida and 1tsp kasoori methi to it.

  • Then we will put our prepared mixture of spices in the pan along with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

  • When the spices are cooked, add 200 ml tomato puree to it for restaurant like taste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

  • Then when our gravy becomes thick and starts leaving the sides, add water and 1 tsp sugar to it and mix it well.

  • Then take out some gravy in a bowl and add 1/3 cup fresh cream to it and mix both of them well.

  • Then this mixture has to be added to the gravy and after cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the gas and keep the gravy to cool.

For Masala Paneer:-

  • And now we will make Masala Paneer for which we will put 1/2 tsp oil, a little turmeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder and 1/2 tsp kasoori methi, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste in a pan while gas is turned off.
